Welcome. This page is for help with TCC — Time Capsule Camera, the iOS app for sealing video memories inside a capsule that unlocks on a future date.

We aim to respond within two business days. Include your iOS version, app build number (Profile → About), and a short description of what happened.

Tap the + button on the home screen. Give it a title, pick a seal date in the future, and tap Seal. Record clips with the in-app camera or upload up to three from your library.
From inside a capsule, tap the people icon. Select friends from the list or paste an email. The recipient gets an invite they can accept in the TCC Invite Requests tab.
The capsule unseals automatically the moment the seal date passes. Until then, the videos cannot be played — only listed.
Long-press the clip in the capsule. If you uploaded it, you'll see a Delete option. To report content, choose Report this clip, pick a reason, and submit — we review every report within 24 hours.
Open the capsule's member list, long-press the user's name, and choose Block. Their clips and comments will be hidden from you, and they cannot send you future invites.
Profile → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, your authentication record, and any capsules you created (including everyone else's clips inside them). You'll be removed as a member from any capsules others created. The action cannot be undone.
You're on a build that's no longer supported. Open TestFlight (or the App Store), update TCC, and re-launch.
Uploads retry automatically in the background — open the app again on Wi-Fi and the upload will resume. If a clip stays stuck for more than an hour, email support with your build number.
