Terms of Service

1. Description of Service

TCC is a video time capsule application that allows you to:

• Record and upload videos to digital "capsules"
• Set future dates when capsules can be opened and viewed
• Share capsules with friends and family
• View videos with nostalgic VHS-style overlays when capsules are unsealed

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of videos and content you create ("User Content"). By uploading content to TCC, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your content to provide the service
• Display your content to capsule members you've invited
• Apply VHS-style visual effects during playback

Content Restrictions

You agree NOT to upload content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Contains nudity or sexually explicit material
• Depicts violence or promotes violence against others
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

4. Capsule Sharing and Privacy

• Only invited members can view capsule contents
• When you invite someone to a capsule, they will see all videos in that capsule
• Capsule creators can add or remove members
• If you leave a capsule, your videos remain in that capsule
• If you delete your account, capsules you created will be deleted for all members

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TCC only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Collect information about other users without consent
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our permission

6. Intellectual Property

The TCC App, including its design, features, VHS overlays, and branding, is owned by two-three LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or harmful components
• Your content will be preserved indefinitely

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TWO-THREE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your content
• Any amount exceeding $100 USD

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless two-three LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Profile screen in the App. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App ceases immediately
• Your account data will be deleted
• Capsules you created will be deleted

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that you may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and two-three LLC regarding the App.
